Asian Dumpling Soup

  • 2L chicken stock
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely grated
  • 3 cm ginger peeled and finely grated
  • 750g frozen dumplings
  • 550g fresh udon noodles
  • 1 bunch Chinese spinach, washed and cut in half
  • 1 Tbs soy sauce
  • Soy sauce and dried chilli flakes


  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
    Cook Time: 5 minutes
    Serves: 4
  • Step 1 Pour stock, garlic and ginger into Express Crock XL Multi-Cooker. Cover with glass lid. Select BOIL and adjust time to 5 minutes. Press START/STOP.
  • Step 2 Once stock is boiling add frozen dumplings, cover with glass lid and cook for 4 minutes
  • Step 3 Add noodles and spinach and cook for 1 minute. Add soy sauce
  • Step 4 Serve with optional extra soy sauce and dried chilli flakes
