Step 1 Press the BROWN/SAUTÉ button. When the device is hot, brown the chicken wings on both sides in batches.
Step 2 Add the chicken stock, butter and garlic on top of the chicken. Secure the lid. Press the MEAT/POULTRY function, set the pressure to HIGH and set the time for 15 minutes. Make sure the Steam Release Dial is in the “Seal” (closed) position. Press START/STOP.
Step 3 Once cooking is complete, quick release pressure and drain most of the stock off the wings, leaving about a ¼ of stock on the bottom of the Express Multi-Cooker under the wings. In a small bowl combine the barbecue sauce, buffalo sauce, chili powder, onion powder and pepper. Pour over the wings and stir.
