INGREDIENTS

  • 500g macaroni
  • 300g ham diced
  • 6 cloves garlic, grated
  • 4 cups vegetable stock
  • ½ cup cream
  • 50g butter
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 cups frozen peas, defrosted
  • Season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper

METHOD

  • Cook Time: 5 minutes
    Serves: 8
  • Step 1Place macaroni, ham, garlic, stock, cream and butter into the cooking pot.
  • Step 2Secure the lid ensuring the steam release valve is in the seal (closed) position. Press GRAINS adjust TIME to 5 minutes. Press START/STOP.
  • Step 3Once the Express Crock Multi-Cooker XL has finished cooking, allow a natural pressure release time of 2 minutes.
  • Step 4Add cheeses and peas and mix through. Season with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper. Ready to serve.
