1 small leg ham (3kg), on the bone, to fit in the Express CrockPot

METHOD
Cook Time: 4 hours Serves: 8-10
Step 1Remove the rind from the ham and stud with cloves.
Step 2Place Guinness, Dijon, brown sugar and maple syrup into a jug and whisk, pour into the Express Crock Pot.
Step 3Add the star anise, cinnamon and ham. Secure the lid on the Express CrockPot and ensure the steam valve is in the OPEN position. Set the Express CrockPot to SLOW cook LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 4 hours. Press START.
