Step 1 Coat chicken wings with BBQ rub in a large bowl.
Step 2Select BROWN/SEAR on the Express Crock XL Multi-Cooker then START/STOP, add oil and allow to pre-heat.
Step 3 Add chicken wings and brown in batches. Press START/STOP. Set wings aside.
Step 4 Place steaming rack and chicken stock in the crockpot. Add chicken wings on top.
Step 5 Secure the lid ensuring the steam release valve is in the seal (closed) position. Select POULTRY and set the time for 15 minutes, then START/STOP.
Step 6 Once the Express Crock XL Multi Cooker has finished cooking, allow a natural pressure release time of 2 minutes. Carefully release any pressure left inside before opening. Press STOP/START
Step 7 Remove chicken wings and set aside.
Step 8 Add honey to the sauce, press SIMMER and START/STOP. Reduce sauce, stirring occasionally.
Step 9 Place cornflour into a jug and add ¼ cup of sauce whisking until smooth. Return to crockpot and stir, cook for about 5 or until sauce thickens. Pour over chicken.
Step 10 Garnish with sesame seeds and fresh coriander.
