Step 1 Press BROWN/SEAR function on the Express Crock XL Multi-Cooker, adjust time to 15 minutes, press START/STOP. Pre-heat, add oil and cook chicken in batches until golden.
Step 2 Add satay sauce, peanut butter and tomato paste. Secure the lid ensuring the steam release valve is in the seal (closed) position. Press POULTRY adjusting time to 15 minutes. Press START/STOP.
Step 3 Once the Express Crock XL Multi Cooker has finished cooking, allow for a natural pressure release time of 5 minutes. Carefully release any pressure left inside before opening the lid.
