Coconut rice is a versatile accompaniment for curries, beef stews, sticky ribs and more.


  • 2 cups jasmine rice, well-rinsed
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 400ml can coconut cream
  • 3 kaffir lime leaves


  1. Place all ingredients in the cooking pot.
  2. Secure the lid ensuring the steam release dial is in the ‘seal’ (closed) position. Press RICE/GRAINS and adjust the time to 10 minutes, then press START/STOP.
  3. Once the cooking process is complete, release the pressure and serve.
