Perfect Fluffy White Rice
- 2 cups white rice, rinsed and drained
- 3 cups water
- ½ tsp salt

- 1 cup brown rice, rinsed and drained
- 1½ cups water
- ½ tsp salt
Method
Perfect Fluffy White Rice
- Combine rice, water and salt in the Cooking Pot. Secure lid. Press RICE/GRAINS, set pressure to HIGH and time to 10 minutes. Make sure Steam Release Dial is in the “Seal” (closed) position. Press START/STOP.
- Once cooking is complete, natural release pressure 5 minutes. Release remaining pressure.
Perfect Fluffy Brown Rice
- Combine rice, water and salt in Crockpot® Express Pressure Multicooker. Secure lid. Press RICE/GRAINS, set pressure to HIGH and time to 25 minutes. Make sure Steam Release Dial is in the “Seal” (closed) position. Press START/STOP.
- Once cooking is complete, natural release pressure 5 minutes. Release remaining pressure.
